Spaziolingua method
Spaziolingua is a school for foreigners that teaches Italian language and culture and it is located in the historic centre of Milan, it was conceived by a team of dedicated linguistic professionals. Our goal is to enhance learning with a human connection and to work in a calm and welcoming environment that encourages the ‘ pleasure ‘ of learning. Students are accompanied on their adventure of discovering language and culture not only in class, but also through a continuous tutorship and/or mentorship. The character of each individual student and his/her needs are our starting point. We then plan and build a path that enhances and gratifies the student constantly. Class lessons are just a portion of this path to language and culture which are amplified by traditional and cultural activities including guided visits to places of interest and also unique experiences like “aperitivi” and wine tasting.
Method for learning Italian
The conversations will be supervised by language professionals selected by the school so that the students can have real Italian experiences and learn while having fun. Our students are constantly accompanied, from the beginning to the end of their successful path. To evaluate your level of expertise you have two possibilities:
Both tests will be evaluated by teachers who will take into account your needs and your requirements, to direct you to the course that’s right for you and to help you achieve proficiency. The courses represent a moment of discovery and growth and they are built around your needs. We realize that communicating in general is a priority for your everyday life, so we will help you achieve this by coaching you with textbooks, modern and practical, but also with authentic and engaging material. We use cutting-edge technologies in order to put people in direct contact with the current Italian reality, making use of all channels of perception to enable the mastery of a foreign language. At the end of each course you will receive an assessment that will help you understand your progress. If you are interested in a formal assessment it is possible to do a final TEST.

Die vier Tage waren sehr intensiv und interessant, sehr nette und kompetente Lehrer(innen), alles wurde auf italienisch erklärt, das war super. The classes were dynamic and the teachers had excellent dydatics, explaining everything patiently. While setting up my lessons, the communication with everyone at the school was clear and concise and they responded to my questions very quickly. My teacher Isotta was a pleasure to learn with. My level is intermediate/advanced and she explained things that I didn't know so clearly, always in Italian until I understood. Ne è valsa la pena decisamente! Jill Pring30/06/2022Located in a beautiful neighbourhood of Milan, I spent one week in classes at Spaziolingua. I really enjoyed my time, mostly because of the extremely friendly and engaging teachers (Cristina and Enrico). Even though the topics were out of the textbook, the conversations in Italian were often quite free-ranging and spontaneous. I liked the interactive white board which could be used to explain grammatical concepts or show images of places or things being discussed. Arriving in a class as a nervous new student, I was relieved at how welcome and included I was made to feel. Daina Hazel06/06/2022My experience with Spaziolingua was a very pleasant one! It started off on a positive note as they helped me apply for the necessary visa and provided all of the documents I needed expeditiously. The whole enrolment process was very easy and professional. I was unfortunately, however denied a visa by the UK govt due to reasons that still remain unclear, however I was able to change my course booking and come for a shorter period. All of the admin team, including Manuela, Cristina and Fanny were extremely helpful and made it a pleasure to come to school everyday. In terms of the teaching, the teachers were excellent and engaging. I loved that it was only Italian allowed. The only critique I would have is that the groups could be assessed and adjusted periodically to ensure students are in groups of the same or similar levels. Also some more relevant conversational topics rather than text book materials.
