Italian Language Levels
A1 – BEGINNER
DURATION:
– 4 WEEKS INTENSIVE COURSE MORNING OR AFTERNOON
– 12 WEEKS EVENING COURSE
– 15 INDIVIDUAL HOURS
Can understand and use everyday expressions and basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type. You can introduce yourself and others and are able to ask and answer questions about personal details such as where you live, people you know and things you own. Can interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.
A2 – BEGINNER
DURATION:
– 4 WEEKS INTENSIVE COURSE MORNING OR AFTERNOON
– 12-WEEK EVENING COURSE
– 30 INDIVIDUAL HOURS
Can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and routine exchange of information on familiar and routine matters. Can describe in simple terms aspects of his/her life and immediate environment; can express immediate needs.
B1 – Intermediate Or ‘Threshold’ Level
DURATION:
– 6 WEEKS INTENSIVE COURSE MORNING OR AFTERNOON
– 12 WEEKS EVENING COURSE
– INDIVIDUAL HOURS: DEPENDING ON STARTING LEVEL
6 WEEKS EVERY MONDAY AFTER FREE ENTRANCE TEST
Understands the key points of familiar topics relating to school, leisure, etc. Can move with ease in situations which may arise while travelling in the country whose language he/she speaks. Can produce simple text on topics that are familiar or of personal interest. Can express experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions, and also briefly explain the reasons for opinions and plans.
B2 – Upper Intermediate Level
DURATION:
– 6 WEEKS INTENSIVE COURSE MORNING OR AFTERNOON

6 WEEKS EVERY MONDAY AFTER FREE ENTRANCE TEST
Understands the main ideas of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics, as well as technical discussions in his/her field of specialisation. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes natural interaction with native speakers effortless for the speaker. Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and can explain a viewpoint on a topic giving the pros and cons of various options.
C1 – Advanced Or ‘Self-Efficiency’ Level
DURATION:

8 WEEKS EVERY MONDAY AFTER FREE ENTRANCE TEST
Understands a wide range of complex and long texts and can recognise implicit meaning. Expresses him/herself fluently and naturally. Can use language flexibly and effectively for social, professional and academic purposes. Can produce clear, well-constructed, detailed text on complex subjects, showing secure control of text structure, connectors and cohesive elements.
C2 – Level Of Command Of The Language In Complex Situations
DURATION:

Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, identifying the finer shades of meaning in complex situations

In the morning the Standard Course is from 9:00 to 11:30 and in the afternoon from 13:30 to 16:00 according to the level.
The Gold Course is from 9:00 to 12:30 in the morning and from 13:30 to 17:00 in the afternoon according to the level. You can choose between 2 group courses:
STANDARD: 3 daily lessons or STANDARD GOLD: 4 daily lessons.
The teacher will divide the modules, so you can be more attentive every 45 minutes. The standard gold course gives you an extra lesson every day to focus on the structure of language.
Evening group classes are from 19:00 to 20:30 twice a week, either on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays, depending on the level.
Private lessons have a personalized schedule and follow the student’s needs as well as the school’s.
Starting group classes is possible every Monday. Take a free placement test at school or online so we can find together the right level and choose the right class to learn Italian. What is a typical course schedule?
Every month at Spaziolingua we organize sightseeing tours, visits to museums or cultural sites, but we also offer events to socialize as ‘Aperitivi’ or International lunches.
